The apartment was impeccably clean, had all kinds of household appliances and dishes. The location is perfect in the old town of Nice. I recommend to everyone."

"The apartment building is a bit dated but totally fine for us. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and the building manager is next door."

"Right in the centre of the old town, among cafes and restaurants. David and Gregory provided us with a folder of recommendations of where to go, where to eat, what to see etc including public transport timetables. Apartment was clean and well equipped."

"Not much to dislike but go equipped with earplugs as Friday and Saturday night can be noisy in the centre with late night party goers followed quickly by the setting up of the cafes and restaurants in the early morning."

"Loved the location and there was lots of room for the 4 of us. We often ate our breakfast or supper at the table with the windows open to get the ambiance of the square. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked."
